Do you ship to my country?
We ship almost everywhere in the world! When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then we are unable to ship to that location.


Shipping Limitations

Many customs agencies have imposed a size limitation on all foreign parcels. The maximum size limit for rectangular-shaped parcels is 42 inches in length and 79 inches in height (Maximum length and girth combined: 108 inches). This applies to all countries except the following:

If an order placed exceeds the maximum limit, The Disney Art Vault will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

How long will my order take to leave your gallery?
This depends on if we actually have your item(s) in stock or if we are having them drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  If we have your item in stock, it will ship generally within 24 hour of receiving your order and a successful payment is processed. If your item(s) are being dropp shipped from the manufacturer, this will increase the delivery time by 2 to 3 days.  We will inform you is such a situation arrises. 



How will I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.


This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs & can I add a gift note?

How is my order packaged?

The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment:

Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.

Posters and Art Prints:
Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.

Stretched Canvas:

Flat Cardboard box with protective interior.



Return Instructions

The Disney Art Vault is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 72 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a copy of your original return request with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
